IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PRODUCTION/SHIPMENT
Many items in the team store are produced AFTER your order is received, so please allow approximately TWO WEEKS for these items to ship.
We may collect orders for certain special-order items, produce all these items at one time, and ship as soon as your order is complete. Order-by and expected ship date for these special-order items can be found in the product description AND in the "Availability" field (right margin; under the item's SKU).
Selecting Next Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping does NOT override the production time. Shipping options are simply the time-in-transit to you. We still have to produce your custom teamwear item.
There may be select stock items that are readily available to ship and will have "ships within 1 to 2 business days" in the Availability field. If you are ordering custom-made items AND stock items at the same time, your stock items will ship when the custom made-pieces are completed.
If you have paid for one shipment or qualified for free shipping, items will be grouped together in one shipment. If stock items are needed earlier than on-demand or special-order items, please place a separate order for these pieces.
COVID 19-RELATED ISSUES
To say the supply chain is a "mess" is an understatement. Most manufacturers and distributors are expecting to be "back to normal" mid to late 2022. Currently, the number of out-of-stock items is quite high. We may substitute an out-of-stock item for that of comparable or higher quality/cost to us. We strive to keep apparel consistent from order-to-order and avoid substitutions, but it's possible there might be a slight color difference if a brand change is necessary. If there is NOT a comparable product option, then we will ship completed items and discuss the backorder timeline.
SHIPPING - The delays with the postal service are well-publicized. Yes, we understand, the postal service is less expensive. We don't inflate shipping rates; what we pay is what you pay. If your order is time sensitive, we STRONGLY recommend using UPS Ground. Or, orders over $99 qualify for FREE SHIPPING and we utilize UPS to send those orders.
