Welcome to the team stores on Steamroller Rugby Supply. We're honored to work with youth, high school, collegiate, and senior teams accross the country by promoting their name and offering an easy platform to get the team and their supporters outfitted.
Since SRS opened in 2003, our primary focus has been to outfit teams in quality apparel at affordable prices. We work hard to ensure that every item we produce is of the highest quality. As we often say, if we wouldn't wear it, we wouldn't send it to you.
Steamroller Rugby Supply is one of few rugby suppliers that has it's own in-house screenprinting, embroidery, and graphic design capabilities. Much of your team apparel is decorated at our facility, so we oversee the production of your order from beginning to end. And, if necessary, can make adjustments as the work is being done.
With a team store on SteamrollerRugby.com, we handle the processing and production of your team's items. There are no order forms, no collection of money, and no chasing people down for their late order...unless you want to, of course. Your players and supporters can order all their gear in one place, then have it shipped individually or to a central person for distribution.
Want a team store of your own? It's an easy process. Whether you want to duplicate existing apparel or create a whole new line, we need to select your product line and how it's decorated. Develop a pricing structure for the items and then SRS takes over to build the store for you.
Can we use team store on SteamrollerRugby.com to raise funds? Of course. Some teams have a store to simply get their gear in the hands of players and supporters. Other teams add a few dollars to each item to raise some much-needed funds. Some teams do a little of both.
If we want to fundraise with teamwear, how is the money distributed to the Club? With each order, we track the sales of your teamwear. Over the course of the year (semi-annual, yearly or even when a team-specific order comes up), we create a summary of orders and calculate the proceeds. The proceeds of your teamwear sales can go to a team-specific purpose or SRS cuts a check to your team bank account.
Is every team store a fundraising store? No. As we mentioned, there are some teams that just want to get their teamwear in the hands of players of supporters. If you want to raise money with your items, you have to specifically request that extra fundraising dollars be added into your teamwear cost. We figure out the production cost, suggest a reasonable sell cost for those items, and the difference between the two is the Club's money. That simple.
